I am a Colts fan, so I couldn't pick it, but this is my game. The Eagles could easily win. They have a better team, and a lot more fire power on offense. I am sure Foles won't have the same early turnovers this week either. But they don't have Andrew Luck. So I believe in my boys. Should be another very close, nerve wrecking game.
That's always my argument when discussing a Colts game: Andrew Luck.
I'm not a Colts fan, but I give credit where its due. The guy either performs a miraculous comeback or comes up inches short, every damn time. You have to love his fight. He's solely the reason why I never count the Colts out, even if they're down by multiple touchdowns in the 4th quarter.
I feel like the Eagles got an early break with a Jags team that wasn't used to leads. Philly could have easily lost if Jacksonville was more experienced in those situations. I think the Colts pull it out, maybe a close one.
I just can't see Foles repeating what he did last year.
Most definitely. I am so curious to see what happens with RG3. The guy looks completely lost, and not even like a mediocre QB. He is complete poo at this point. If they lose to the Jags, who even after that early start against the Eagles look horrible again, then I think Washington is gonna have to start considering sitting RG3.
There is also the Bills and the Dolphins. One of those two teams will be 2-0 after this weekend. Could make the AFC East very interesting, especially if the Pats lose.
I'm a Skins fan, so I wanted to ask for someone else's opinion.
I wouldn't say RG3 is completely lost, but he's definitely nervous and shaky at times in the pocket. There's no bias in my opinion of him either. If there were, I would be telling you he's better than Luck right now. He's been awfully quiet on social media this week and I wish he had kept the same policy throughout the entire offseason.
Two special teams blunders really turned that game around against Houston, and a fumble by Morris as RG3 was falling on a handoff, but that's no excuse. With the amount of weapons Washington has this year, they should have toasted the Texans.
I'm very interested in the AFC East this year myself. I was a huge fan of E.J. Manuel last year and I felt horrible for him when he went down. I really want him to rise and do well, as I feel like he can genuinely succeed in the league if he's given the opportunity. I felt the same way this year for Teddy Bridgewater while everyone was focusing on Manziel and some of the other QB's.
