Whoa, Darren McFadden almost scored. I thought he was usually in a bodycast by this time in the season.

I think the flex game will be Cincy/Pitt now....would prefer Motor City/Cheesesticks.

A new shutdown corner has emerged in the league and he's in the form of Josh Norman. Who would have thunk it? Add Josh Gordon to his list.

You obviously haven't seen Dallas "January" Cowboys...now I think about it, none of us have.

What a beastly run tonight for Seattle. No one is stopping them now.

Insane.

Interesting how Seattle has quietly gotten hot again. If they keep playing the way they are, it wouldn't surprise me if they made it to the Super Bowl.

It is honestly the best time for Seattle to get hot. If it ends up being a Dallas/Seattle NFC Championship, it will be glorious. And we know Dallas can beat Seattle at home and that was when they weren't burning hot.

Very hard to watch for me, personally, but it would be great television.

I'm actually glad Dallas and Seattle have shown up lately, because it makes the NFC much more interesting than it was until about the middle of November.

The frontrunners are the Seahawks, Packers, and Cowboys. However, the Lions have quietly found ways to win, and Arizona will be looking to bounce back as well. You never know, the Falcons/Panthers might stir some things up, too :funny:

The Packers have just been beating up on mediocrity though.

First round bye, baby! :awesome:

The win yesterday was odd because I felt nothing afterwards.

I'm gonna miss Rex Ryan. :o

Packers have a suspect defense, too. New England, Denver, Pittsburgh, or Dallas would tear that ass up on that side of the ball honestly.

Mainly inconsistent. I mean they started the Bucs game with 5 consecutive 3-and-outs. I know they're not good... but a poor defense just can't do that.

Their defense is a potential work-in-progress type which will ideally come together at some point over the next 3 years - once Clinton-Dix matures, Micah Hyde gets settled, Hayward solidifies beyond just the big plays... before Peppers starts dropping off.

We might get one of those instances where a team plays each other in week 17, then again the following week in the playoffs. Could happen to Pittsburgh/Cincinnati.

I wouldn't count the Packers out just yet, especially if they find a way to play the way they did against New England.

That would be a hell of a treat.

If they make it to playing against New England then I've no doubt they can win.

But they're not as good as a lot are making out because of their schedule. They can outgun the mediocre teams they've faced. Winning the games they "should" with the exception of the Bills where it was just a case of the best player in the NFL having the worst game in his career combined with his best receiver also having a horror game on the same day.

The question is how they'll deal with the change in gears required to lift when they're actually playing good teams.

Look, I hate the Packers more than anyone has a right to. But I'm not going to say they're good solely because they've fattened up on bad teams. I mean realistically, is there anyone in the NFC outside of maybe Seattle that you'd consider a great team this year? I mean even the other 10-11 win teams in the conference have huge question marks at this point.

As a Lion fan, i'm fully expecting to walk into there this weekend and catch a beatdown.

I'm a Packers fan. We have. And you will.
