You guys realoze this isn't an actual series, right? It's a one shot.

This is pretty clearly building her up to that though. 3 ongoing back up stories in Howard The Duck and then that One shot is a pretty quick turnaround. Gwenpool got popular extremely fast just from that Deadpool Secret Wars #2 Variant a few months ago and a cosplayer. Add that Deadpool and Gwen are Marvels most popular trenders online and they will likely move even faster with another mini or a full solo series if sales are anywhere near decent.

They didn't waste anytime at all. Always took that variant as a joke, but I guess with Deadpool anything goes. Maybe Duggan will do something cool.I'll grab that One Shot just for the Hawkeyes and Deadpool mashup.

Im confused about Ultimates? Are they considered Avengers? Will they be called Ultimates within the pages of the book? What is the premise?

I'm not really sure what exactly The Ultimates are, per say, but they're a pretty darn epic looking team. I'm very much looking forward to it.

All-New Hulk will deserve at least a look from me. I love Cho, and no one writes Hulk like Pak.

It's nice to see Evan joining the O5 in their book, though probably not enough for me to pick it up.

There are a few titles coming out of this that I'm interested in

but outside of Ultimates which looks awesome, all those covers are just awful
Tired of the Inhumans usurping mutants, and tired of the O5 X-men being in the Marvel U (and having all the focus in one of only 3 x-books)

and with Marvel's race to diversification, it's funny that Idie still gets a whitewash out of it

also, for everyone who said "look there's still x-men comics".. 3 books is basically jack s**t, the x-line hasn't had only three books in like 30 years
even if you toss in X-23 and Deadpool's books, it's still fewer x-comics than any time since the 80's

For the X-Men/Inhuman ratio, aren't there only two Inhuman books, three counting Karnak? There are, in turn, three X-Team books with three solo titles for Logan, X-23, and Deadpool.

well I'm not saying in comparison to Inhumans, or to Avengers or whoever else
in comparison to the past 30 years of X-Books, it's a low number

anyway, my overall reaction to "8 months later" (never been so appropriate):

It seems like they're supposed to be the absolute tippy-top powerhouse team of Avengers, set to deal with the really huge cosmic threats and such. Given Black Panther's involvement, they may be some kind of team he sets up to proactively try to avoid something like the Incursions spinning out of control again. But that's just speculation on my part. All I know for sure is that the team looks awesome and I will absolutely be picking that book up. I feel weird being this excited for a comic with "Ultimate" in the title...

Anyway, these solicits must seem pretty awful for all you X-fans. Thankfully, I am not an X-fan, so a lot of these look great to me. Although, truth be told, I'm still not interested in any Inhumans comics except for Karnak, and that's only out of curiosity about why the hell Warren Ellis is writing a Karnak comic.

Oh, and I hope A-Force has a lot of guest stars. I really only like She-Hulk and Captain Marvel out of the line-up on that cover. I'm curious about Singularity but not sure I really like her yet.

Hey all I wanted to see if any one else has heard this rumor/theory on the whole tony stark and mary jane watson joining his book thing.

I was at my local comic shop today. And owner and I was talking about this. And he heard their rumor. And it was tony and mary jane don't become a couple or are dating. But the big twist will be tony is related to Mary jane. As we know currently stark is not biological a stark and they haven't revealed his true family yet. Personally be an interesting rumor and I be far more happier then mj and stark becoming an item.
