Marc Guggenheim is doing the new SHIELD comic? I like the guest issue he did for Daredevil (although I didn't love it). I'm at least interested (although I thought Mark Waid had the right tone for something like that).

BTW, does anyone know how I can look at various variant covers?

I just read the SHIELD description and it says this new team is inspired by the tv show. So you have Daisy/Skye, Deathlok, Coulson and Fitz and Jemma in the background. Im assuming the dark haired woman is May? Who's the blonde? Is that supposed to be Mockingbird? If so, since when could she fly in the books?

The current SHIELD book actually already features all the regular tv show characters, sans Ward, it's just getting relaunched again like all the other books. As far as the blonde, I don't know, first I've seen her.

I do believe the blonde is Mockingbird. That's the costume she had in TASM #1

Wasn't he in one of the avengers group books a yr or so ago.

Here's a random question. It seemed like, in the last wave of Marvel runs, Hickman's Avengers and New Avengers were the flagship titles. It wasn't absolute - Uncanny Avengers took the lead for AXIS (which Hickman seemed to almost ignore) and Hickman was relatively tangential to Original Sin. But Hickman had Infinity and Secret Wars.

Given the lineup shakeups, who do you think would take on the Hickman role? There's All-New, All-Different Avengers (Iron Man, Sam Wilson Cap, female Thor, Vision, Miles Morales, Kamala Khan, and Sam Alexander Nova), New Avengers (Sunspot, Songbird, Wiccan, Hulkling, Hawkeye, Squirrel Girl, Pod, Power Man, and White Tiger), and Ultimates (Blue Marvel, Black Panther, Spectrum, Ms. America, and Captain Marvel).

So who do you think will take the lead? Any of these, none of these?

I think it's going to be The Ultimates - though I've seen it floating about that Waid's ANAD Avengers is supposed to the flagship?

Probably the one with Iron Man in it, lol. But the only one of those I'm into at the moment is Ultimates. I really liked the 1st issue.

I thought Ultimates and ANAD Avengers had good starts.

I'm excited for Squadron Supreme and its spinoffs

Black Panther starting in April make me mad though :(

Well, that gives me more time to read through every single Black Panther thing first, but that's still disappointing. They said spring, though, so I was expecting March. April's not shocking.

I'd say ANAD Avengers would be the flagship title. It has Thor, Cap, Iron Man, a Spider-man, the four biggest heroes, plus Ms. Marvel, Vision, and Nova, who have all been getting big pushes.

So far, ANAD has gotten off to a great start!

^Yeah A-NAD Avengers is probably the flagship (though I'd disagree about Cap and Thor being on the team lol)

Ya if i recall the main titles/ ie the flagship ones is All new all different avengers, iron man, and you have to put amazing spider-man in their too. Then the rest are pretty much just various different avengers/x books.

And he will be back by 4th issue if solicits for feb are right.
