90's R rated Action Movie Shootout - Nominations

I would pick The Rock over Con Air if I had to choose Nic Cage action flicks. Face/Off tops both.

@OutOfBoose is right, this is the same premise as the 80's thread, it's simply about the best R rated action movie of the 90's, I just used the term shootout due to them being action movies. So @Mandon Knight @flickchick85 and @samsnee Not sure if you guys want to change your nominations to 3 movies instead of the sequences.

Sorry for the confusion, I should have written more in the OP, I just thought after the 80's tournemant everyone knew the concept.
