I know this is kinda silly but has anyone besides me ever noticed that people don't like to take the last of anything lol. I can be included in this to, but in my household if its the last piece of toilet paper or paper towel nobody will take it because no one wants to refill it. I dont understand this occurence at all. A little while ago I tested my theory and left the last piece of toilet paper on the roll and it was there for like two days. I just dont understand it. I find it funny as hell. Feel free to comment if your like this and know other people that do it.

No, I can honestly say I've never noticed this.

Your family didn't **** for two days, because no one wanted to take 5 seconds to change the toilet paper roll? That is pretty lol. :awesome:

I'll be the first to take the last of something. Some people feel guilty about not leaving something for others but not me. I just take what I need and have no problem restocking. I have to deal with other types of laziness like ; People stealing my toilet paper rolls, overflowing trash bags , and people leaving food in the fridge so long it seems they are hoping I'll forget if it belongs to me or not.

If I'm sharing a meal with my girlfriend, I'll always offer her the last bit. However, if it's my brother or my friends, then civility goes out the window and it's every man for himself.

Sounds like laziness to me.

If you were talking about food... the last 2 slices of bread or whatever, I'd call that politeness.

My mom made a cake last week. It took 2 days for the family to get through that cake, with the exception of one last piece that sat on the platter for an additional 3 days because nobody wanted to be the one to eat the last piece.

I always feel bad when my Uncle Ben tells me to eat the last wheat cake.

There should be money in the last piece as a reward for the brave one.

Oh i always take the last thing, sometimes i don't even ask, haha.

In my house, no one is afraid to take the last of anything. In terms of toilet paper, the person who uses it never refills it. Its usually up to the next poor sap who takes a dump to refill it themselves, or shout out for someone to bring them a fresh roll.

One thing I always hate is how I always buy those boxes of snack cakes every week that bring 5 in a box. I usually like to eat one a day as a late night snack before I go to sleep, so ideally it will last me about a whole week. But I hate when my brother comes over to pick up his kids after work and then ends up eating the last one. I've gotten into the habit of hiding them in my drawer whenever him or his kids are around because they never let the box last more than a couple of days.

Only time I have this dilemma is when it comes to the last slice of pizza. I'm a pizza freak, but I feel like a dirty bastard if I take the last slice without asking. Funny thing is, when someone else takes that last slice, even if I ask if anyone wants it, I have a deep hatred towards that person.

I always seem to be the one taking or replacing the last of whatever since no one else seems to want to be bothered to do it.

Isn't the last slice of pizza supposed to go to whoever bought it? That how me and my friends have always done it. It's common courtesy.

My friends draw straws and any luck-based game we can think of at that moment to see who gets the last slice of pizza

Omg I have to do the same thing in my house when it comes to snacks cause everyone will eat them, and leave an empty box behind. I mean who puts any empty box back on top of the fridge?

That theory only works if you actually have people living in your house that aren't self absorbed enough to actually refill something when it's about to be empty.

To remind people that you need to buy more.

It gets on my nerves when someone puts the toilet paper on backwards.

maybe to them it's not backwards...
