A. I. DuPont Is Awesome!!!

My 3 year old started off with a fever and some vomiting on Monday, then late Tuesday night, she was vomiting blood. Well, we took her to our local hospital. They transfered her to A. I. duPont in Wilmington, Delaware. This place is amazing!! They treated her quickly, accommodated my wife and I with anything we needed. They kept her overnight, and hopefully she goes home this afternoon and all is well.

Just had to rave on the hospital and its staff. I know if either of my girls gets sick enough to warrant a hospital stay, I'm coming straight here. Even if it is an hour away.

I looked into volunteering there, but the oncology wing was too damn heart-wrenching

a decent hospital is hard to find these days. good for you man.

They sent her home. Said it was most likely a ruptured blood vessel from when she had been throwing up before.

I highly recommend this hospital if your child EVER needs treatment. They are prepared to treat anything and only care for kids.
