Jay Pharoah's stand up is killing me right now... it might be the weed and beer.

Check out this targeted ad I saw on Bookface today.

Yup, don't see how anyone having those can possibly be a bad thing. :o

Let's just say that you won't finish the film without strong feelings one way or the other.
Yeah....it'll be years before I watch it again....if I do watch it again. :cmad:

Not a fan, I assume? I can understand.

I myself have never been big on "horror" films. I guess it was my generally fraidy cat nature as a child. I found no joy in getting scared asa little kid, and I can even think that maybe my Catholic upbringing had something to do with it. In anycase, Jason, Freddy... Never got into them and once I got to a certain age and stopped believing in the supernatural they stopped being scary totally. With THE MIST though... That ending sticks with you. It haunts you. For me... That's true horror. And I thought for a big budget American horror film that it was gutsy as hell, and since what came before was also pretty well done to it was for myself film that hits you deeply and unsettles you. And honestly, the reaction baffled me a bit simply because it wasn't like most big budget films of it's type, and film fans are always talking about how they want something "different". That's me though. I could see some just not cottoning to it.

Wow, just saw a tv spot for NBC's Emerald City. That looks pretty cool!

A photo of what was regularly seen in the United States in the 1970s.
