*sighs*
After the couple of months of getting things ready, tomorrow I go back to college after a six year break. Today is the last day of summer freedom before my classes start tomorrow.
Me too. I think the most misleading marketing Ive ever seen and one they mentioned was Bridge to Terabetha (sp). I still remember the people *****ing about that one. It wasnt that they left an aspect of the movie out of the trailers so much as the film in the trailers doesnt really exist at all.
I wish I could go back to college, study something cool. Sadly I can't unless I have monies. So I have to stay where I am![]()
Didn't see the film but from what I read the marketing department on that one was wrong for pulling that
You can get funding to do open uni and distance learning stuff. Just look into it before signing up for anything. Turned out I could have saved an extra £200 on my Forensics courses...
Im just curious and if you dont want to answer I completely understand. How much total did it cost you to go to college? In the US even at a local community college Im looking at a tuition of $12,000 a year. im gonna try to get help, but its a money racket on my side of the pond.
Even when it came out, I remember being on cloud nine after getting home from the theater, being an impressionable, easily satisfied 14-year-old Star Wars geek.
When Episode II came out, I don't know if it was because I was a little older or the scenes were just that bad, but I remember wincing in the theater at the "romantic" scenes.

It can be pretty expensive, but in at the start of the year the place I enrolled in did some price cuts on selected courses. Plus I found I could get funding so this initial course cost me only £450, which isn't bad. But cutting it down to £250 would have been bloody fantastic.

Awesome C. Lee. What did u think of Guardians of the Galaxy?
Yeah thats not too bad, and £250 would have been a steal compared to some course prices. I could actually afford something like that out of pocket quite easily.
The one that kept me away from the Hype a couple of months this summer.
heh Wonder what they think of Up in Smoke lolJust read an article on Cracked today about misleading marketing in movies
he's a Terminator nowWhat operation, C. Lee?
becareful what you say. It was in a deleted scene wasn't it?
He was taking a dip in the Lazarus Pit.
Hope you get to see Guardians soon. I had a blast watching it and laughed a lot.

Brolin was still a stupid ****ing choice for Thanos.![]()
