According to someone else who looked at the video (I havent watched it yet) the thing they pulled out of him looks like a massive wad of arms, hands, a fricking NUTSACK, and has the texture of fried chicken.

One of my psych teachers told me that it can be possible and that recently one case was found in a young teenage boy. He felt some cramps and after a week of it being persistent he decided to visit the doctor. It turns out that he was pregnant with his twin brother.

What basically happend is that the development of the twins never was completed while in the mothers womb, and the development of the second twin began later on in the boys life, in his stomach. He was basically pregnant with his brother.
