A quick question involving Langauge Learning

How many foreign Languages is it possible to learn at a time?
I'll be teaching myself; I'm already learning German and I'm intermediate in it.
I want to learn Russian and Arabic; Is it possible to start both at the same time without get confused.

It's possible depending on the person. My mother used to know a guy who owned a jewelry store in New York City that knew 10 languages.

I would assume its different from person to person. But it shouldnt be impossible s long as you work hard.
