with all your complaining I see, I'm surprised to see you aren't one yourself.

God forbid I should point out what I think is mediocre in these films...since there's so much to point to.

Joker killed more than just one cop. he killed 2 mobsters, one of his goons in the bank, a fake batman, and then he shot that one cop on the street with a shotgun

I am talking about the hospital. Someone said Joker was evil for killing everyone in the hospital. All that died was one cop he shot. In fact, I think GG killed more people than Joker did

No one would have thrown garbage at Joker without having a bullet/knife/pencil through his body as a consequence. Joker would have never been standing there just staring at him/them without doing a thing.

I agree, but what I hated about it is that GG didn't give them a response. I originally expected GG to just hover up to their level and then open fire on them with the machine guns under his glider. At least in SM2 Ock actually had a response to this sort of situation(inside the train) albeit a fairly tame response.

It was still a pretty PG-movie move by Ock, IMO. But it fit the nerfed level of villainy he was saddled with in that film. Still better than what GG did(nothing).

Now, back on subject (kinda)... I hope we get some scenes shot in winter in NYC, with snow on the ground. It adds reality and gritiness to the story.

Love that aspect of NYC especially when it fits into the story. Say... a graveside scene... *hint hint*... even if it is via flashbacks if necessary.

There were people hanging to Spider-Man in need to be rescued. I love a scene showing people civic minded and cooperative, this needs to happen more in both reality and in fiction

I agree. Let me say that I hated Batman Returns but one thing it did that I give it props for was have the ONLY superhero movie set in winter.

But imagine how much better NYC (the real thing) would look with some location shots in winter with snow on the ground. I would love to see a shot of NYC downtown with snow softly falling at night, with it blanketing the streets.

I would also love to see a night time shot of Spidey.. perched on Uncle Ben's tombstone, with light snow falling... talking to his uncle. Love that visual.

A guy I know thats helping with the filming says they are going to NYC in March or something...I cant really remember...
So hopefully he isnt wrong and they are

so the the first few months it will all be studio filming in LA and then on location in NY?

Yeah supposedly it's all studio stuff in LA
hopefully he posts some pics on his facebook cause he's pretty excited about it
he said somethin like "they are filming in new York around march or so...but I ain't helping tape over there...alot of outdoor stuff"
