Very nice, especially with the eyes.

the face is very well rendered. However, I think the hair could be given a touch up. Mostly were it overlaps her shirt; it looks to "crisp" (for lack of a better word) at the bottom. Maybe go in with your pencil and darken in some lines, to make the shirt more visible near the ends of the strands, it'll give it more of a natural feel and flow. But as I said, the face is exellent.
