BvS A Wonder Woman villain in this movie? discussion thread

This is WW's first film appearance and I'd really prefer it if any element from her own universe is saved for her solo movie. I'd be fine with Ra's or Lex being the antagonists of a team-up movie since they've already been established in the eyes of the GA, but not any WW villains.

It'd be sweet if this movie established Lazarus Pit immortal Ra's (aka the interesting Ra's)

Do you think we'll see the "greek gods" in person or only by mentioning them?
What do you think?

I hope we get glimpses of some of them at least.

Gahhhhh I would love for them to dive into all the mythology in a WW solo film.

Which of them do you want to see?
I really want to see Ares the most and I think they should keep the "gods" as not seen as the air, you know what I mean.

Oh, Ares is obvious. I thought you meant the others. Ares is one of her main villians so I wasn't really thinking about him.

Yep I think the great ones I mean the olympics can be described as a you can't see them but they're there.
Ares is a must.
I want a solo also with Wondy exploring that side of her. Wondie and Hawkgir (with Egypcian and Thanagarian mythology could also be great) are the two movies I really want to see.

I really want them to explore a relationship between Aquaman and WW in a movie.

you mean a romantic? or a fighting one?

Neither. Those aren't the only two kinds of relationships lol.
But something to do with Atlantians and Amazons.

Oh I understood. According to history atlanteans and amazons are related somehow, tell me if I'm wrong. So I can see that happening. Althought a fight between amazons and atlanteans could be great.

A friendship or declaration of peace/cooperation between the two societies would be nice.

^This. Why does it have to be a fight?!

That being said, I would rather have WW paired with Aquaman than Superman. Sorry not sorry.

WW is powerful than Arthur I think she's in the middle of those two. :woot:

Oh, I agree, I'm just saying I would rather see that pair than her and Superman.
Really though, I don't want her with Aquaman.

After the awesome conclusion to the first arc of Superman/Wonder Woman, that couple rose many steps in my ladder of acceptance.

I don't want a WW foe in this. But... gun to my head? Circe. In the background as set up for her appearance in WW's solo. She can be a shady and powerful figure Lex is wooing. He knows she's trying to use him, and she knows he's trying to use her.

And call me nutz, but since Trevor has never been much of a consistent or interesting character and cuz for a loooooooonnnnnng time Mera was out of the picture, when I was younger I always thought that Diana and Arthur made a logical pair. Crown princess of the Amazons that worship the female Greek deities and the King of Atlantis that worships Poseidon. Flashpoint sort of makes that pairing toxic now, but that's sort of the way I see it. And now that both Trevor and Mera are back it's kind of moot.

As for treaties and the like, I sort of always thought that DC was always rife with hidden societies. So I think it would be cool to see them band together in some way, even if it were in some kind of mutual defense pact. Gorilla City, Paradise Isle, Atlantis, Nanda Parbat, Skartaris... That's a pretty powerful group and it ensnares a ton of the JLA into such a story.

But for this film? No. I think Lex and at most two more of the usual Superman foes is all it needs. Say Parasite and Metallo.

I bet it took them a while to figure out how to fit the more fantastical character of Wonder Woman into the more 'real' world setting of Batman or even Superman. I doubt they'll throw in one of her fantastical villains right away. At least, I hope they don't. Every second spent on something like this is going to be taking about from some truly epic potential Batman and Superman interaction.

Guys I've seen 300:ROAI and Eva Green is absoultely great in the movie. What a strong character. Eva owned the movie sorry. but I want her to see in a WW movie as Circe or Cheetah, but more for Circe :D
