actual crime games...?

I bought Condemned: Criminal Origins recently, and from what the description says, you investigate crime scenes, particularly murder scenes. This however isnt really true, you investigate a murder at the beginning for about 1 minute then it becomes a first person shooter. are there any games for the 360 that actually are crime investigation, mystery type games? like in a way mixes the Da Vinci Code with the black dahlia type stuff? any crime game will do.

no...get a DS...they have a few things like Touch Detective that seem like they would be right up your alley

dont get me wrong condemned is right up my alley, i was just hoping for some more CSI type stuff.

Not really any like that for the XBOX360 yet, though to add to what The Joker suggested, another good one you might want to check out (if you have a DS) would be Trace Memory. It's all about finding clues and solving little clever puzzles to "solve" the game. Not really any replayability to it at all (as are any CSI-ish type games, really), but still a great little game.
