I know Bruce Greenwood will be voicing Batman again for the upcoming Young Justice series. As for the rest of the cast,I believe(hopefully) we haven't seen the last of them.

I can't recall where I saw it but I recently read a rumor that the next series might be loosley based on the recent Return of Bruce Wayne featuring a Quantim Leap-like Batman and Elseworld alternate versions of him travelling thru time while righting wrongs.
