Well I enjoyed it for the most part. Filoni still has the same pacing issues he's always had, so yeah, it was a slow start. But experience has conditioned me to trust it's going somewhere interesting.
Unlike others, I've never had a problem with Dawson as Ahsoka, and I don't here. However, this kinda feels like Sabine's story they're trying to force Ahsoka's involvement in atm, which makes her feel like the least essential part. I suspect that will change once we get to the meat of where we're going though, and I hope that is the case.
Indifferent to Sabine so far, but loving MEW as Hera. She's bringing all the right mom energy lol. Also, Chopper's head seems to be able to move more than it did in the animated series to me, which is weird because...animation...but it makes him seem more expressive, so I approve. I also did not know Kevin Kiner would be doing the music for this show, so that was a very pleasant surprise.
This lady is a Nightsister?!?! Wut.
I think I'm allergic to The Volume unless Greig Fraser is using it at this point. Andor has spoiled me big time on SW TV aesthetics. But I still think this looks better than Boba and Obi-Wan at least.
But yeah, here for Rebels S5.
