Seriously, this is killing me. I don't hate Perry, but come on, Idris Elba and this Matthew Fox would have been epic.

Agreed. Though, I thought his Racer X came off as a good Batman-like character.

Everytime I watch Speed Racer (That's right I've seen it more than once ) I can't help but comment on Fox's extremely good Batman-esque performance.

We might have to start putting old Fox on our wish lists for future comic book movies.

Add some self inflicted tally marks and you've got a perfect Zsasz.

Elba may be the better actor but Perry brings in the $$$

Also Fox's look is very impressive. Hopefully the director doesn'screw it up by making him a cliche villain

At first I was like "WTF" when I heard they switched Idris Elba with Tyler Perry but on second thought who knows...maybe he isn't a bad actor? His Madea character from those ATROCIOUS movies is quite different from Perry's real life persona in voice, mannerism, etc. I guess I am willing to give him a chance since Along Came a Spider is a guilty pleasure of mine. Still, Idris Elba would've been a better choice....but oh well, ship has sailed
