If I wrote Michael Gough, people would have probably thought I was talking about Commissioner Gordon or something. He is better known as Alfred.

Another interesting tidbit: He worked with Val Kilmer in the 80's on a spoof movie called Top Secret!

And back on topic, Micheal Gough was great as Alfred. The only reason you may watch Batman & Robin besides making fun of the film.

If you mean the first time they bump into each other at Bruce Wayne's charity then yeah your right, he did seem a little smitten with her and who wouldn't, Kim was a fine piece of @ss back then, just ask Prince and Jon Peters. t:

Michael Gough is the man. I love Michael Caine in the role, but Michael Gough will always be the original Alfred to me...

He's also wonderful in his other work with Tim Burton (Sleepy Hollow, Corpse Bride) and a lot of Hammer horror movies and old British tv series.
