Personally I'm addicted to the hash browns. This bodes not well for me.

Also, I used to work there. This is going to piss off every single employee since this means they'll have to change the temperature of the grills constantly and that's annoying as ****.

McDonald’s is badly in need of a boost as it tries to work its way out of two-year earnings slump amidst stiffening competition from fast food upstarts and changing American tastes.

McD's is in a slump, are you kidding me? They're saving tons of money for not providing health benefits to part-time employees and they say they're in a slump, oooooohhhhh I feel so sorry for them.

I can't remember the last time I had their breakfast. I make a pretty mean egg sandwich and I'm picky about my coffee. I do like breakfast for dinner, especially if someone else is cooking it.

I'm surprised because I heard one of the reasons they didn't do this (on top of the temperature change issue) is that breakfast items make less $$ for them when compared to the profit they make from burgers and fries, etc.

I think it's a great idea though. Great for weekends when you want breakfast post 10:30am and late night greasy breakfast munchies post drinking....

I'm not a fan of most breakfast foods, but I do like some of McD's newer coffee menu.

See, I ALWAYS want breakfast post-10:30am because my job doesn't even open 'til noon and when I work mid or closing shifts I often don't get home 'til 3am, so I'm never awake during their breakfast hours. Hence my joy at this news.

there are only like 3 things of theirs I like for breakfast
Sausage McMuffin with egg, sorry never could stand the Canadian bacon they used in the regular McMuffin
the sausage and egg burritos I mean they were only a buck a piece
McGriddle but without the cheese, I mean come on who puts cheese on pancakes and sausage?

I work until 1am so I'm never awake in the mornings except on very few occasions I have a day off and need to be somewhere much earlier. I think I've been awake and willing to get any type of fast food breakfast less than a dozen times in the past few months.

They've been trialling this down here in Australia with a select few stores with decent success so I expect it to be implemented nation wide near the same time as in the US. Don't know what Macca's is like everywhere else but down here it's changing dramatically with the Create-a-Burger menu now.
