Hey, didnt we just have Necrosha? Some of these dead characters came back earlier this year. I wonder if they will stick around longer this time

Marvel will still be in the middle of Chaos War, which due to it screwing with reality itself, will be bringing back dead Avengers and members of Alpha Flight as well, so this could be a part of that too.

Either keep Banshee dead or don't. Stop playing with my heart like this, Marvel.

It is probably to do with Choas War let's face it Marvel what the X-Men interacting with the MU more so this is a result as well as the vampires lol.

No. Gosh. This is why I knew when I saw your name you wouldn't have anything intelligent to add to that conversation. :p

One who Marvel said isn't coming back any time soon. He died what 3 or 4 months ago. So, no, he's not coming back, if he was, he'd be plastered all over that teaser image.

Can someone help me out with identifying those characters? I recognize the Multiple Men (Jamie has gotten a lot of dupes killed over the years), Thunderbird, and Banshee. Who're the identically dressed ladies on the right? Are those the 2 dead Stepford Cuckoos (Esme and either Sophie or Celeste)?

you pretty much named them. Sophie is the dead Cuckoo. Celeste is sitll living

Oh. I was taking a stab in the dark with the Cuckoos. I don't remember them dressing like that.

but its cowritten with Louise Simoninson and she's an automatic win. After reading her fantastic X-factor Forever, Ive been wanting her to do more X-related work. So glad she's getting a 616 project

I just want Banshee back for good and back with the X-Men.

Oh, and Marvel, please give us Moira and Wallflower back too.

Banshee and Moira, yes. Boring Wallflower? Heck no.

I liked Laurie. :(

Heck I loved the Academy X crew...I miss that book.

Edit: Then again, I'm one of the few who loved Maggot also...so yea.

the only thing I liked about Laurie was the subplot with her father which was effectively nixxed when the original writers of that book left. Really that was the only interst I had in her but hte ship has sailed on that

I want Icarus back. He and Dust had an awkward romance a-brewing until he died.

CC put me off picking this up. I have never read Simonson's work so I'll pray she keeps CC in check and maybe pick it up.

Simonson needs to do an X-book again. I don't care which one. She's brilliant.

I agree that Banshee should stick around. He shouldn't have been killed off in the first place.
