am i the only one that hates grey's anatomy?

I love Grey's Anatomy. I didn't like medical tv shows but Grey's Anatomy put an end to that.

I watched a few minutes of a few episodes. Never grabbed my interest. The only show I ever enjoyed that´s set in a hospital is Scrubs.

Why does everyone hate Sandra Oh so much? What she ever do that was so terrible?
The character she plays is annoying and a half dozen other asian stereotypes.

I watched most of the first season of Grey's Anatomy, never really grabbed me though. Most of the time it just seemed tired and cliched.

Grey's Anatomy is rubbish. ER, even past its prime, is still better.

I hate G'sA. I'm tired of it being shoved down my throat by the media. House is hilarious, you gotta love that show. I think it would have been weird if Hugh Laurie had ended up as Perry White in SR as originally planned.

No one named her character though. Everyone seems to hate her.

This is her first regular role. I think I remeber her doing a guest spot somewhere else. But anyway. People hate her for the stupid-Dr.-b--tch-you-wanna-slap character.

I love the show.Trust me I didn't want to,but I got caught up in the stories and the emoitions. I do find myself an emoitional wreck after watching, whatta ya gonna do.
I still love 'er' but it pisses me off a lot of times, just what they put the charcters through, which is why I didn't want to get caught up in Grey's Anatomy's drama :(

I didnt care about Grey's until the season 2 finale. I was bored so I watched the episode before it with my sis and having to find out what happened, I watched the finale with two of my friends. Now I try to catch an ep when ever I can. I'm not saying its better than ER or House, but then again, not having seen more than a few eps of each show, I cant really compare.

Oh and Nip/Tuck kicks ass. Save for that Carver crap.

The Carver revelation was so disappointing and anti-climatic. However, I was still able to salvage more out of that turn than what I was able to get out of the closing turns of Grey's Anatomy Season 2. Too transparent and predictable. Hope the third season more resembles the first season.

Personally I got really caught up in Heigl's acting. She was just so emotional, but incredibly believeable. I just felt so bad for her. She's got a real future in hollywood.

I was glad when the guy with the bad heart died. It was all very annoying. However, tragedy is a good vehicle for exploring more of a character's depth. With this being an ensemble cast, you don't get a great deal of focus on the individuals (save Meredith). I'm hoping something solid comes out of that of whole thing. It seems that Heigl's character will get some focus at the start of the season, which I'm looking forward to. I full and well expect her to come back to the hospital (even though she should have been summarily fired, but that's another story), but the interesting part will be how she makes the decision to come back. There's a chance to shine there.

Scrubs is the best medical show on TV in my mind. Forget Grey's, House or ER, Scrubs beats 'em all.

So they mean that they don't like her character, not the actuall person? Why didn't they say that. I hate Sandra Oh sounds so freakin' stupid. Do they hate James Gandolfini because Tony Soprano is an a**hole?

I personally have never read/heard an interview of Sandra Oh. So they have to be basing this opinion on her performance in the show.

People use the actor's name and the character's name interchangeably all the time. Who really cares? Is Sandra Oh your mom or something?

scrubs ain't even a real medical show. its a comedy focusing on a group of people that works in hospital. thing is, the aspects of working at the hospital does'nt really affect the characters as much as ER or house does.

No, she's my sister...

Anyway, I was just confused. I thought people had soemthing against the actress and not the character, so I was curious why people hated her. Sorry, I've just never heard it put that way before.

actually it's largely based on the writer's friend (who is an actual doctor). Most of the little sub plots and sight bags are based on stories the writer was told by said friend so what it actually does is give an acurate account of what it's like to train to be a doctor

It's garbage. It's a chick show in the vein of 'Sex and the City'
