Amalgam Opinions: Re-Designing / Improving on the origins of Dark Claw

Amalgam was a gimmick, albeit a cool one. Some combinations worked well, others fell flat.

I loved Dark Claw though - all of the combinations seemed to work well. Particularly like the Dark Claw Adventures animated one-shot.

I think they got the balance fairly right, it just needed to be fleshed out a bit more.

I do still pine for the days when DC and Marvel would cooperate a little bit.
