America's Most Dangerously Drunken Cities

Damn, my city didn't make the list. We never make it on anyone's list.

47. Las Vegas.

Much lower than I would have thought.

Hah, charlotte, NC where my parents live is like 37, duhram nc where my room mates from is 1 hahaha

I'm surprised, been there lots of times and seen my share of drunks

Boston has to be much higher than 19th. You cant spit without hitting a bar there. Not that there's anything wrong with that mind you... ;)

Vegas is so low because most places require you to be somewhat sober in order to partake of the debauchery. That entire city is a business to run. They toss out anyone that's just ****ing around and messing up their vibe.

BS

Once at Orleans casino I saw a dude that was waaay too drunk to gamble but the casino let him play anyway. The dude was knocking over chairs but he was gambling when I walked out

I knew there was a reason I wanted to move to CO. Snowboarding and booze!

That list is faulty. Boston is 95 % Irish and not number 1. I say that list is more tainted than a Maxim top 10 list :cmad:

I don't see Baltimore on there... I guess that's good.

well they all close at 1:00am or before . its a cool bar scene but they need to extend the party a little.

Hometown (Oakland) : 72
Current home (Des Moines) : 54

Way to go, Iowa!

BTW, this news station is out of Des Moines, how the bad place did we come across it here? LOL

No... Sorry man but you are off on that one. I have lived in Vegas for 15 years and worked as the head of security of Southern Nevada’s largest nightclub (in Vegas) in my 20's (35 now) and have worked for the casinos in the past as well.

Where there are security measures to limit people from being “belligerent” while visiting/spending while in places of business (no different than any other city) you by no means have to be sober to partake in any activities on or around the strip. Not to mention the people who are tossed out of casinos and bars are not always drunk. Sometimes they are just ***holes.

There is a reason you get free drinks while gambling. A fool and his money are soon parted.

I just figured it would be higher because we do not have a “last call here.”

Oh Matt and your Racial Profiling :whatever:

Detroit's 43? That's impossible not with the way the ER's been in the past 2-3 weeks here at the DMC. NO WAY!

We've treated a drunk a minute...or it just seems that way. I hate this effin' city!
