As most of you know, Clay Enos (the Watchmen unit photographer) also owns Organic Coffee Cartel, and to celebrate the film's release, they made a Limited Edition coffee can, to look like one from the Watchmen universe. They made it look like an existing popular brand of coffee, to give it that "alternate history" look.

But now the company is suing Warner Brothers for copyright infringement! Clay had only sold a few of the cans when it happened, and now they've had to put a block on all sales. You can't find them anywhere now. That will probably end his business, and Warner Brothers is facing yet another company who wants a cut of the film's profits (which were disappointing to begin with).

What's up with all the bad luck for this film???

Also, it's been implied that in the Director's Cut, this coffee will be shown, served to the survivors of the tenement fire. So we might lose that scene, too. Or maybe they can CG over the logos, HaHa!
