Why even post stuff like this, especially when it may be fake and the guy has serious issues/beefs with Feige and Marvel for whatever reasons?

That BP leak is already confirmed fake, because Namor is not wearing a headpiece representing the Jaguargod, but a headpiece that represents a Snakelike god, possibly Kukulkan.
So the Quantumania leak is also fake

haha, the BP leak has to be fake because a character is wearing a different hat?

the leak says, that Namor has his powers from an Aztec Jaguar god (the leak tried to legimate that with a Jaguar god seen in Omnipotent city).
The headpiece in the trailer does look more like a snakelike creature that grants Namor his powers) and Namor is seen in front of a mural with a giant snake.
So yeah it’s fake because a character is wearing a different hat.

and btw:
the leak for Quantumania indicates, that Yellowjackets got deformed in the Quantum realm and is now having a big head…whereas people who have seen the teaser at SDCC already said, that MODOK is now fully robotic

It possibly is. A lot of it does overlap with other stuff I’ve read (Janet having a relationship with the Quantum King) so this person may just be extrapolating.
