Not "official" reviews but I've seen a few reactions/reviews on tumblr from folks who saw an early screening and they were all positive!

Yeah Redoptics, CBR links won't post at the hype, and it's more than just competitor Farren, but that IS the simplest way to put it.http://www.**************.com/ant-man/news/?a=122527

How would you rate the post-credit scenes?
Did you see the video before it was made private? What did they rate it?
Wasn't the embargo lifting today?

I don't see it anywhere... Unless I'm blind today. It's up on their youtube page. Both gave it 4.5/5.
That's fantastic! Those guys don't give easy points away either, this is reassuring.I guess it got taken down from their YT page as well. But yeah, 4.5/5 from both of them.
Both the mid and post credit scenes are awesome! The post credit scene ties into CW
Ant-Man is the first Marvel movie I can 100% call an outright family film as well as being a top-notch superhero movie, a comedy, and a heist film. The parental themes, and the narratives about children in pain from the loss of parents, drive the entire story and drive all of the main characters arcs, even the villains.
Marvel has done it again, and Ant-Man is among my favorite of the Marvel Studios films. Its delightfully unexpected in its willingness to scale down, yet in doing so shows us how remarkable and important the smaller things in life truly are, after all.
According to the guy at Forbes it's Marvel's most family-friendly movie yet:
