Is that Alex Ross? If it is, that is definitely the best work he has done for Marvel with maybe the exception of the Earth X cover art.

Yep, that is Alex Ross. As a big fan of is, I have to agree with that statement. His "remake" of the Hulk #1 cover is completely phenomenal.

Yeah I am really impressed by it. He seems to only do good work for Marvel nothing amazing. But his DC stuff is almost always top notch.
