The GMA interview was really funny.

Yeah the GMA interview was really good.

Downey was witty and charming as you would expect. He talked about how he really wanted the job and lobbied for it. (Mentioned how he walked in to Marvel he was intimidated by all the Spider-Man and X-Men movie stuff and box office numbers.) He talked about how the only two major rolls he ever had to addition for was Chaplin and Tony Stark.

Bob Downey. I like that showbiz talk. Like Carson used to talk about all his celebrity friends. Johnny used to call everybody "Bobby" Deniro this or "Donnie" Rickles, Donnie Adams, Bob Blake. He was the first person I ever heard call William Shatner, "Bill".
