Anyone actually holding off until the release date?

I was wondering if anyone is actually holding off from watching the leaked version.

A lot of people here haven't seen the leak, so those people - including me - will be holding off from watching the bootleg, if that's what you mean.

If you mean holding off from eating, drinking, sleeping or using the bathroom, I'm afraid it's a no.

Well for those who are waiting to be dazzled on May 1st, you won't be. Pretend it's the 1950s so that you'll be dazzled that the movie is in colour.

If I hear great things about Wolverine after May 1st, I'll watch it in theatres. It if is without 20 additional minutes (as promised by Fox), I will not. Fox lied about X3 so I'm not putting it past them to lie again.

I've decided to hold off. Not because of any great loyalty to Fox and what not but downloading all this leaked stuff is kind of scary. Computer spyware and all that. Not that I am going to go on a YOU ARE A THIEVING PIRATE rant. I just figured, you know its out there now and you can't stop it. But whatever.

Just remember, most leaks such as this are inside jobs. And they've been happening for years. Ever since the whole digital age kicked off.

Yea everyone has different expectations.. What I hear form the leak about wolvie and sabes fights is good enough for me because my expectations are extrodinarily low haha... Some people can be satisfied with more pitiful attempts then others. Im in the middle of that crew... I want the best I can have.. but I can be satisfied with what I think is a semi decent showing. Daredevil or Spiderman 3 for example.

Either way, The Theater is the way to go, to see any movie for me... The experience makes it alot better.

I saw X-men in Chicago with cousins (and sis). X2 with siblings. That's the most fun to watch in the franchise, I thought, especially since my sisters really loved it and we had a discussion about it on our way back.

I'm almost hoping EA gets the license to produce Marvel games so i actually get to work on stuff I'm actually excited about. I said almost!

It most certainly will turn into another Catwoman or Superman Returns game. LOL

The general consensus (apparently) is that it's a pretty average action movie, with some fun bits and some bad bits. That's what most comic book movies these days wind up being anyway. The idea of it being an "epic" movie is used solely as a marketing scheme.
