Anyone watch Top Gear? :(

I love watching Top Gear, and reading Richard Hammond's piece in the Mirror.

Well...this just came up

He's got a whole family, too. Why is it, that something terrible happens whilst he does something he loves?

He was in a car he wouldn't normally drive, nonetheless...cars, were a passion of his.

Same as Steve Irwin, passion for animals...killed by a stingray, an unlikely death.

this could be the end of topgear if he doesn't recover. they work as a team so well that any of them is irriplacable. he's got really good friends and family around him at this time so he'll be looked after as best as possible both medically and personally. hopefully he'll bounch back like a daredevil, a daredevil hampster.

er, top gear was around long before he came to the scene...

the only person top gear can't work without is the main dude whose name escapes me...that's it clarkson

remember that the original top gear team all went to do 5th gear before these two new dudes came in.

Love this show. Why did it happen to Hammond!

At least it sounds like he'll make it through, seeing as how he was waking up right after the wreck and only complained about back pain.


He'll be up and about in no time, and they'll do a segment about it on the show, and Jeremy will harass him, and everything will be normal again.
