Yeah, but how can you tell whether a vote is biased or not? It should just be left up to the GM.

Oh, I know there is no way to tell. I just felt like expressing strongly how against it I am and to be honest I doubt that is an issue because how often would this situation occur? I was only suggesting a failsafe should you give them a week before any approvals.
