That's really cool, and innovative. I thought about the whole knight concept myself.

For a second I had no clue who it was but then I was floored by how good it was.

i like it really i do i did not know what it was until i saw the ring but i looks great and what weapons are in his hand?

That's really cool. I like the subtle lantern symbols on the shoulder armor.

Looks like he's got a spear and shield to me. Shield's resting on the ground and he's just holding it up.

i know this is like the billionth time I've said so, but I'm having a blast with this! I was gonna do a few of the x-girls as old-west saloon ****es, but I decided to go a completely different way... but the fact that I COULD have done that and it would have followed the theme is sweet.

EXCELSIOR, DOES IT HAVE TO BE AN EXISTING COMIC BOOK CHARACTER OR CAN WE POST AN ORIGINAL CREATION, IN OTHER WORDS A CHARACTER THAT WE'VE CREATED???up:

I guess you could design an original character... but you run the risk of nobody knowing who this new character is... established characters have a far better chance - but the choice is up to you!

WHAT IF was a great series title from Marvel way back in the day! - Simply means.... What if Spider-Man was in the dark ages... what if Batman was working with Sherlock Holmes - The WHAT IF is up to you to decide!

no... these contests run from when they are posted till the end of the month and then the winner is usually announced pretty early in the next month, so you have lots of time to enter...

I decided to do a quick entry this month in pencils...

This is What If Juggernaut were a gladiator. It was purely coincidental that I picked the same age as the Green Lantern entry... Of course he wouldn't need much in the way of weaponry but I gave him spikey armor gloves as a touch and made his helmet held down by chains instead of bolts.
