Aquaman Movie ?

With Superman v Batman on its way with Wonder woman set to make an apperanace it looks like DC is getting ready to take on the Avengers with the Justice League.

One of DC's characters who get's a lot of stick is Aquaman I don't actually know that much about him apart from he's the punchline of many superhero jokes.

My question is do you think Aquaman should feature in a Justice League movie ?
If so what version and powers should he have?
And who would be good to play him?

I'll go yes
Not to sure what version was featured in dc vs mortal kombat but he seemed a bad ass.
Also think Matt Damon would be perefectly suited to the roll
