Arcee

As a fan of Transformers from childhood, I was mad to find out that Arcee who was my favorite character was cut from this film. What do people have a against her. I know that it's weird that there would be a female but know more wierd then living robots. She is a popular character she's in all the new comics including the Movie Prequel comic. I hope they give her a repreve and put back in the sequel. She would be great in her bike form, she would be smaller more human size. What do you think?

They chose to leave her out due to the story that they wanted to tell. From what I understand, she didn't really fit in with the story, so they opted to not put her in the film. It's nothing personal to her One way to look at it, is that she made it further along than many others from the cartoon/comics. Along with Unicron, she is one of the characters that I would personally love to see in the film. I thought that she was great in the Animated Movie and think that she could bring an awesome dynamic to the sequel. Besides, the design that they have for her is absolutely awesome!

Seriously, I hear all these people want tf's like Grimlock, Prowl, Hound, Mirage and such. There was a reason why Arcee was tossed out, there are better options. I'm not saying she is bad (if you can call her a she as tf's arn't supposed to have gender ) but really she would fall short on the popular list of orginals to make a come back.

The negative fan reaction is what got her removed and replaced with Ironhide. She isn't that popular, and frankly I don't like her either. Her character was really forced upon the Transformers franchise, the UK comic even made light of this by saying that feminists protested the Autobots so much that Prime was forced to build a "female" member (the feminists started rioting when the Autobots made her pink).

She doesn't need a rider, she should have an 'image projector' like they all have (although we only saw the Decepticons use it).

Arcee does look pretty cool I'll admit, but I'm more interested in that Stryker character who is the armored personel carrier. Hopefully he may be in the sequel, he looks badass. But then again, so did Brawl/Devastator and Bonecrusher and look how long they lasted

Arcee, Blurr, Wheelie, Ultra Magnus and other were one of the reasons season 3 floped so hard. They killed most of the more popular Transformers, did not show some of the others, and replace them with these losers.

It's a shame that they didn't include that 'Bot. I like the design though i hate the brightness of the paint scheme.

Hopefully if Bay includes her in the next one then he'll tone down the colour.

The concept design for her is awsome, since she is designed they should use her in the sequel. Her gender can be explaned just like how they learned english, the internet. She can take on female attrabutes because she is found in bike form by a female.
