Are there inexpensive, fan made Burton cowls?

I bought the Rubies 89/Returns cowl and the damn thing is too small for my head.

I've read here that some folks have no trouble making cowls very quickly and easily.

The question is: are there any inexpensive fan cowls out there? Is anyone here in the business of offering these?

I'm in a rush to find one that won't cut off my blood supply before Halloween.

check ebay, they should start popping up this close to Halloween. A decent cowl that will fit a 23" - 24" head size will run you AT LEAST 150.
