Hmm, depends on the werewolf. If we are talking Teen Wolf, the vampire is going to win. If we are talking classic werewolf movie or Skyrim-style werewolf were the person goes were-hulk or is still in full control, but with werewolf abilities, I would give it to the werewolf.
