I liked him. I liked the X-treme X-men additions. With all the teleporters the Xmen were collecting, Im surprised he didnt come over. That would have given them at least one more person to kill in this story...lol

He got depowered after M-Day. Lifeguard and ThunderbirThat'sTheWrongKindOfIndian kept their powers, though.

Had a thought whilst on the bus home this evening, since Bastion has been targeting teleporters throughout SC, where the hell is Exodus? Surely he too would be interested in Hope, for whatever reasons, and he would certainly be an interesting wild card throughout this story, not to mention how his stint in Legacy panned out.

He isnt an X-man. Bastion could very well have gone after him, but the story is focused from the X-men's point of view. I think the character has been forgotten and Id be surprised if he showed up in this story now

You're assuming Exodus is even aware any of this is going down. He could be chilling in a cave in France, for all we know.

i cant remember was Exodus involved in Messiah Complex? i remember the Acolytes being there but besides that opening fight i dont remember them having much to do with anything in that story.

he actually played a role and was one of the main villains in the story. He got taken out towards the end by Emma and Dust, who tricked him

I'll admit that it was messed up how he kept talking down to Rao throughout the story, but they made up for it when she ended up saving their lives and he kinda/sorta apologized. And there were all of the "SCIENCE!" lines, which make up for much.

Huh. Turns out this is a 5-week month, and they've used that as an excuse to delay the next chapter. Uncanny X-Men #525 isn't due until next Wednesday.

I think the delay is bc of Memorial Day on Monday and no shipments were made. Bc its a pivotal issue in a crossover, they probably felt it was best to wait a week to ship it out

Pretty much. I suspected she's already [blackout] has been depicted using Cable, Bishop and Nightcrawler's powers. Now its pretty obvious with Cyclops[/blackout]

Huh. See, I assumed she variously affected other mutants. She fixed Rogue's powers with a touch when she was a newborn, Nightcrawler was able to teleport to Utopia from Las Vegas when he was holding her, and Magneto woke up from his coma the moment she set foot on the island.

I thought that was her teleporting, not Kurt. I thought she and Rogue cancelled each other out. [blackout]If the theory is correct, they have similar powers; Rogue's works via touch and Hope's via proximity.. I thought they canceled each other out, hence why Hope was able to survive her death touch.. Whatever happened there, cleansed Hope of all the "contamination" she had accumulated over the years and left some type of imprint from Hope on her. She wasnt near Magneto when he woke up so I dont think she had anythign to do with that. I think it might have been a coincidence.[/blackout]

That's a good point, actually. He's been strangely quiet throughout Second Coming. I think he said a single sentence during Kurt's funeral and that's it. It'd make a neat twist if he was up to something, though something tells me the writers have simply left him out of this crossover.
