I'm not...but i'm working on it.

i've been working out 2 hours a day 5 days a week for a 3 and a half weeks now and i'm "really starting to see results" (cliche...i know). i'm 5'9" and i was 190 last summer...by the end of that summer i got down to 170. I wasn't able to work out when college started up again so i went back up to 175...and now i'm at 169 and with the lifting i've been doing, i've never been this strong.

how about you?

Not really. Im thin, but I just feel "meh" about my body.
6'4" 190

I could lose a few pounds, but I'd rather not. I'm content

i'm starting to get into some serious shape...i just gotta burn this excess fat off and tone up my stomach...

i swam for 1000 yards this morning...and i just got back from running 3 miles.

Yes, for the most part. But I do think I could gain a few pounds.

I'm never happy with my form...mainly because I was fat, and it scarred me.

Right now, I'm sitting at 6'3" and around 205lb...with 8% bodyfat...I need more muscle, and it's coming along ( a little slow for my taste)

I'm 6'2 that weighs 220 pounds. I have 16 inch bisceps... I have alot of lean muscles, its just buried. I'd do good to lose about 30 pounds. :) I like to look good naked. Those that don't, You need to die.

Not if Tangled sleeps on his belly. But Boy will it be awkward in the morning if his midget is male.

I used to be 150 pounds and now I'm down to 138 and run long distance but I want to get lower so I voted moderately

NO, but not enough to do anything about it.

I wasnt happy with my shape, so I went to the gym a lot and started to see results, then running on the treadmill got boring after months and months so I was just swimming and doing weights but everything was plateauing without my having lost the podge from my handles fully, so I started to see the point of the price etc less and less. When the year's free membership I had won after a couple months of joining ran out, I didnt renew. Tried running outside this summer a couple times a week, but that got dull real quick, even when listening to music. 40mins of the same action just gets boring as hell and you lose the will to keep going.

So now I just do four weights exercises each morning and play an hour of squash 2-3 times a week (The squash I've been doing for months anyway). I'm not a bad shape - there's just some tricky areas that I never seem to be able to shift like just either side of my chest, and the love handles. Arms, shoulders, legs, back - all fine and always have been.
