Justice League Arrow in Justice League Movie?

I heard that the script of the Justice League movie is going to be 'Dark and Mature' that maked me thinking..what if CW's Arrow was a Justice League Member..personally i think he could work..

Green arrow could be in the sequel, but not in the first JL.

I'm a fan of the lesser characters featuring on tv, but i think the hawkeye factor is a turn off. pass.
