Overall another solid episode directed by Bamford.
I also didn't like the line from Felicity, about Quentin being a man. Had the roles been reversed, we'd have the feminist calling for the show to be boycotted.
On the plus side though, Oliver (or rather Amell) is very capable of being a bit more "comedic" than we've seen, and this episode was a good reminder. Oliver keeping secrets with jokes is the best Oliver and I really hope we see more of that as he is in the public eye again.
One thing I will say, and I've noticed this more and more as I've watched TV shows and have become more critical .... I hate how much of seasons these days are filled with filler episodes. Tonight did not feel like one, but I've been seeing a lot of episodes on both Arrow and the Flash where nothing really happens and little hints to bigger story arcs are dropped, but in the 44 minutes of the episode, only 2 mins really matter and it's usually the last two. Tonight was different, each act has some good moments that build up to a larger arc, but I'm tired of getting one good episode like this after 4-5 episodes where the villain is away and the heroes need a distraction to stop them from fighting them.
