You all probably knew this was coming but which show do you prefer?

Daredevil. It's almost not even fair because most every huge advantage daredevil has over Arrow has to do with network restrictions or lack thereof. Arrows a great show, but it has some glaring weaknesses.

Flash > Daredevil > iZombie > Constantine > Arrow > Powers > Agent Carter > Agents of SHIELD > Gotham

Flash and Daredevil are in a league of their own. iZombie is close though.

Although I wasn't the biggest fan of Season 3, I still gave Arrow my vote since I still enjoyed the first two seasons leaps and bounds more than Daredevil.

I don't think this is really fair, but easily Daredevil. And I say that as a huge fan of Arrow.

Daredevil definitely. Even when Arrow was actually good, it never hit the heights of Daredevil. Daredevil, Agent Carter and iZombie are definitely the top 3 when it comes to current comic book shows in my eyes.

Agreed with all of this. Except iZombie, only because I haven't seen it yet. But considering my love for Veronica Mars, I have no problem for believing it deserves to be up there with the other two.

I was always fond of Arrow and stuck with it in the beginning before it got hot in season 2 (then regressed in season 3), but this is simply no contest. Call the fight before Arrow gets a career-ending injury, it has no business being in the ring with DD.

The one with more fun and less 'dark and gritty', it's important.
Jokes aside, Arrow season one is my favorite thus far of this genre on tv.

In retrospect, Arrow Season 1 is probably the best season in the show. It's the only season that's somewhat consistent from beginning till end.

I really like a lot of stuff in Arrow, including Amell, the city, the actors, Merlyn, Slade, etc. I just can't stand that CW taste. Namely the romantic drama that rears its ugly head every episode.

Nailed it. Great show except for the "Dawson's Creek" vibe.

Arrow. Even at it's worst,it's never boring, which is the worst sin for a SH show.

I wonder how the two shows would have looked if Arrow was on Netflix and Daredevil on CW (or maybe ABC) ?

Would a show like Arrow looked better on Netfilx which provides more artistic freedom and bigger budget, similarly would DD looked the same as it does now on a mainstream network like ABC (or CW ?)

I was wondering what Flash would look like in that circumstance of network freedom. It too has to deal with catering to he specific demos of the cw whilst giving fans some of the most epic comic booky stuff around. If it just had the latter without the daily dose of Iris or stopping the finale to have a weeding etc it would probably be too epic to comprehend.
And it's not just romance stuff for even DD has this, it's the cw style of it with he pandering and the daily and I do mean daily...etc.
Arrow has the same raw deal. If a new male character shows up on arrow as a regular, you better believe (let's say Palmer) he's either going to enter into a love triangle or going to have a certain amount of his time dedicated to his own lovey relationship. From carl yune to death stroke to john to captain jawline side kick. Like vampire diaries it works for this network.
It's probably why Supergirl is going to be such a hit, someone realized just how many girls they are getting to finally watch this stuff(geeks are a given). One thing girls love more than a rom com it seems is a female led one.
Lois and Clark/Smallville were the same but cbms weren't this hot during those times.

I have not watched Arrow so I can't vote.

But Daredevil is Marvel's best work.

Daredevil, easy, I saw the whole season.
Arrow just doesn't cut it for me, the character is unrecognizable as the Oliver Queen I'm familiar with, all the flashbacks throw me off, and his moments with a girlfriend made me roll my head away.

This isn't even a fair or necessary comparison.

In terms of what I've watched:

Daredevil > iZombie >>>>>>>>>>>> Agents of Shield

Good
Batman 66
Lois and Clark
Smallville
Spider Man The Animated Series 1994-1999)

Bad
Justice League
Justice League Unlimited
