Shouldn't come across as a surprise at all given how the US has been funding Pakistan and India for god knows how many years with NO limitations on how that money should be spent so much of it gets spent on nuclear material and arms yet the US wants no proliferation... the hypocrisy is just beyond blatant to laughably hilarious...
