the interviewer was an assclown for even bringing that up
and he got a bit more than he could chew

for everyone who knew heath or was a fan of his work, bale made their voices heard.....

Heath's passing was tragic but to hear every interview about him is so annoying. Its too gossipy,disrespectful and everyone sounds like a broken record. Kudos for the cast and crew for their patience in answering the same ole questions again and again.

Well Heath being an Australian and Sunrise being an Australian breakfast show, it's natural for them to want to focus on him. Just like anywhere else in the world, locals like to hear news about locals. The same type of thing happened for Hugh Jackman with the X-Men films. Unfortunately this time Heath's not here to do the promotions, so questions about the hype, not to mention the tragedy fall to the rest of the cast.

I personally can't stand that Nelson guy (not a fan of Sunrise either), but he asked a good question to get it out in the open. He didn't ask "we've heard the reports, do you think Heath contributed to his death by his actions?". By basically saying it was BS and hearsay he clearly wanted to cover the fact that the media spin machine has been dragging Heath's name through the mud by asking those questions. Being an Australian interview, it was the right place and the right time to set the record straight and show how the cast really feel about the situation.
