So in other words they're talking crap and wasting peoples' money.
Pfft... I'll tell you how it happensI read something recently that speculated that autism was caused by a unique mix of gene defects unique to each person born with it- no one single cause.
But, intensive therapy with kids from a young age can lessen the effects and severity of autism, as the brain learns to operate around the blocks that autism presents. It doesn't 'reverse' it however.
So I have no idea what they're talking about, in conclusion.
Pfft... I'll tell you how it happens
So a few hundred years ago, a leprechaun named O'Tool and a Pixie named Daisy went clubbing. Both had a little too many drinks and ended up having a wild night. Daisy later had triplets, (Au, Ti and Ism) all with socially unacceptable and unseen behaviors. So anyways, the humans banned the Pixie, the Leprechaun and their offspring and killed all other Pixies and Leprechauns (which is why they are extinct today) before the Pixie and Leprechaun died however, the two cursed humanity with the essence of AuTiIsm which is more commonly known as Autism.
I know this because I am the ever eternal Asteroid-Man who was alive at the time to witness these events. Now that I have revealed humanity's darkest secrets, they will be coming for me. I don't know how much time I have left but-
Way to make fun of a seriously tragic disease.
Like you don't laugh when you're watching the special olympics.
Yeah, mostly. Its false advertising, because 'reducing the risk of further cases' is in no way shape or form a 'reversal.' It's just a ******ed buzz word to get people to give them money. They should say 'damage to the environment is reversible, autism is preventable' but that's too long for people who just want to throw money at something, apparently.
I'm not sure how much stock I put in environmental toxins causing autism, and other disorders. But, for a while there was a theory that a virus carried by puppies caused MS, so I guess research is research? It sounds a little bit too anti-medical science for my tastes though.
I'm no scientist, but it just seems to me that toxins in the air or vaccines are unlikely to be the cause of autism. There is a whole autism spectrum which includes dyslexia and dyspraxia, neurological disorders. It seems like people are looking for a scapegoat.
I'd rather money went into education for people already affected with autism.

GENERATION RESCUE IS AN INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT OF SCIENTISTS, PHYSICIANS AND PARENT-VOLUNTEERS RESEARCHING THE CAUSES AND TREATMENTS FOR AUTISM AND HELPING MORE THAN 20,000 CHILDREN BEGIN BIOMEDICAL TREATMENT.
Our children are experiencing epidemics of ADD/ADHD, Asperger's, PDD-NOS, and Autism.
We believe these neurological disorders ("NDs") are environmental illnesses caused by an overload of heavy metals, live viruses, and bacteria. Proper treatment of our children, known as "biomedical intervention", is leading to recovery for thousands.
The cause of this epidemic of NDs is extremely controversial. We believe the cause includes the tripling of vaccines given to children in the last 15 years (with unstudied ingredients like mercury, aluminum and live viruses); growing evidence also suggests that maternal toxic load and prenatal vaccines, heavy metals like mercury in our air, toxic ingredients in our water, pesticides; and the overuse of antibiotics are also implicated. Generation Rescue's mission is to support continued research on causative factors and treatment approaches for NDs.
Generation Rescue is a parent-founded, parent-led organization of more than 450 mentor families and leading researchers and clinicians from around the globe. Our mission is to continue to discover and share the truth with families about the potential cause of their child's NDs so they can focus on effective treatments.

Good for you. I laugh... and I'm going to hell. Why won't you feel bad for me. BTW, I don't sound like that when I laugh. You know, I never really got humor at the expense of the mentally or physically disabled. Well I mean, ANY subject is funny, but when people say "if you when the special olympics you're still a ******" or whatever the joke is that kind of galls me
It's like, to be so physically and mentally fit that you can overcome physical disabilities and actually win medals in a highly competative area like the Olympics, I think that's ****ing amazing, and such people have done more with their lives than laughing jackasses who say "haw haw they're still ******s haw haw".
I'm sure I'll get a tard for a child, and going to hell when I die. How's that for karma.I never laugh at ******ed children because I'm afraid karma will bite me back for it eventually .
