1) The first time Ebony Maw realizes there is another Nebula...can I assume the 2023 Nebula fell to the ground and realized her mind was being hacked? We only see this happen the second time she gets hacked. So I assume she had plenty of time to warn everyone that Thanos was on to her.

2) Why didn't 2023 Nebula just press the button and go the future the second she realized Thanos was after her? For the sake of argument, lets say that she felt she had to stay to help Clint and Natasha in the event that Thanos was going to come after them on Vormir. What possible help could Nebula be? Nebula is also carrying the power stone and needs to get that thing out of there.

3) How come Clint and Natasha didn't just time warp straight to Vormir instead of having to drop off Nebula and War Machine on Morag?

4) When 2014 Nebula gives Thanos a single vial of the Pym particle, are we to assume that Thanos mass-replicated the particle?

1) No, I don't think Nebula realized what was happening. The other Nebula didn't realize it by herself, either. The falling to the ground part comes from suffering feedback, like overwhelming white noise in your head or something.

2) She tried to, but the feedback was overwhelming, so she couldn't do it fast enough.

3) By all accounts, Vormir is a very special place, so it may not be possible.

4) Either that, or a single vial goes a long way. We've never really been told what the hard limits are of how many pym particles are needed to do a particular thing. It may not even be a case of 'shrinking big things requires more particles than small ones' - it could be that shrinking requires the same number of particles no matter what you shrink. That it's only how often you shrink which makes the particles run out.

Thanos was going to time travel forward to 2023 with his army. He literally had years to reverse engineer and mass produce the amount that he needed where as the Avengers didn't want to wait so didn't think to gather Cross Industries folks among others who at least had a start on reproducing Pym Particles as the genius who had the formula was snapped up in the Decimation.

1) My first point dealt with the fact that 2023 Nebula is hacked TWICE before she alerts Clint and Natasha. That meant she probably knew Thanos was up to something after the first hack. The first hack happens after 2014 Nebula says "My head is splitting" and she shows Thanos that her 2014 version is on Morag and Thanos says "bring her to my ship."

2) My second point was about why she didn't press the "time travel button" after she said "Thanos knows" and immediately do the time travel before she gets captured.

It's not hacking. It's a feedback loop because her brain is literally quantum computer meaning two of her close together really screws it up. And yeah, it also means both Nebula's can theoretically access the other's memories, but *neither* one figured that out on their own, at least not at first. Nobody understood what the feedback loop meant until Thanos started digging in 2014 Nebula's head with his computer.

And on the second point, she tried to contact clint and natasha who are also potentially in danger from the same Thanos. And IIRC, right after that we see her reach for the time travel button, but she gets hit by another feedback loop and falls down before she can use it.

You are mis-remembering. After 2023 Nebula falls to the ground, she gets back up and sends the alert to Clint and Natasha. Then she looks up and sees Thanos ship hovering overhead and allows the blue beam to take her up. This is exactly when she could have escaped by pressing the time travel button.
