Maybe Zemo+ The Masters of evil, Ultron, and then Kang has been manipulating the avengers the whole time (have him being elluded to the previous 2 films.)

Baron Heinrich Zemo- Anthony Hopkins.
The Enchantress- Ali Larter
The Executioner- Glenn Jacobs (7', 326 lbs..yes a pro-wrestler...but does Skurge really need to be a nominated actor? Sides he has already done a slasher film and a Smallville appearance. I think he could pull Skurge.)
Kang The Conqueror- Liam Neeson
Ultron- Just Needs a Good Voice actor.

Still not sure on Radioactive Man & Loki.

I voted other because a I think the best way to set up the villains for the avengers is a masters of evil story, but have loki bring the core group together.

Core Group
Loki-Mastermind trying to play havoc with thor's goal of protecting earth.

Red Skull-Another take over the world plot, (stick with the classics)

Grim Reaper-Joins for money, tricks his brother into undergoing the experiment that turns him into wonderman.

Ultron-(If they introduce him as the villain in Ant-Man which I hope they do I would like to see the Masters finding the remains from whatever they use to beat him rebuild him.)

Temporarily Wonderman before he goes over to the avengers(always loved that character in West Coast)

it needs to be the hulk to be honest....anything else just wouldn't do...

there isn't a big enough outside force to warrant such characters coming together in my eyes

unless there was also a teamup from the villains.

maye this might work if the movie can't use greenskin have loki lure HERCULES to earth and have him destroy , say an army base and when they call for help loki deflects the call so thor ant man ,wasp and iron man intercept the call like in the comics

Avengers 1: Basically a combination of Avengers issue 1, and a few masters of evil issues.
Avengers 2: Ultron
Avengers 3: A combination of elements from Avengers #8, The Kang Dynasty, & New Avengers.

I would definitely like to see classic panel reproductions translated onto the silver screen.

this is how I'd do Kang's costume. Same color scheme it's always been, but with slightly darker, washed out colors.

Add the Cape for appropriate scenes, and it'd be perfect.

I'd actually love to see Zemo and a version of the Masters of Evil. I think he's a sorely underrated villain (he killed the only marvel character who has ever stayed dead for pete's sake!) and most of the other villain choices belong in other franchises.

IMO save Kang for a sequel.

No, seriousy NO, Hulk as a villain is played out big time, the original comic, the DVD movie, the Ultimates comic. maybe in the first act, sure tangle with the Hulk, but in the second and third act, Hulk is an Avenger.

The Red Skull, Loki, Ultron, Kang, Baron Zemo and the Masters of Evil are plenty of villains for an epic triology.

this one is a no-brainer. ultron has always been a huge threat, and in a movie with multiple heroes, I like to see only one single villain (who is powerful enough to take on all the heroes at once).

loki could be that kind of villain, but save him for thor movie.
masters of evil + baron zemo kicked the avenger's butts (untill thor showed up), and would in that case be a good idea for the movie, but I fear it would be too many colorful characters for "normal" people to cope with.
