:huh::huh::huh:

Either that or maybe the long awaited 3rd game.

Very mysterious. And cool, too. I wasn't the biggest fan of the second installment, but I'd like to see a third one. More importantly, I'd like to see where they take the story.

They finally have to take them into space. No current time nonsense anymore.

Plus, no more teenagers and only a few main characters. FAR too many in AvP 2 and none of them were developed enough, man that was a terrible film. The 2 guys arguing about the baseball bat, ahahahahah, what a peice of crap.

It didn't even manage to be one of those 'tune out and it's good' movies.

I'm still waiting for a good AVP movie. Dunno if it will ever happen since Fox is clueless on how to make a good movie based on the battle between these two iconic sci fi monsters.

If they make a third they need to cast a really good kickass actor in the lead.

Unless it's the girl from the pool scene. =)

They also need to pay attention to the story. The problem is FOX seems to only listen to the fanboys that want nothing but Alien and Predator action. But everyone seems to forget that the Alien movies were always heavy on the story. Even the first Predator Movie had mostly human interaction with the Predator playing the stalker.

Indeed. That is what made No Country for Old Men so great (besides everything else). If we had seen the story from AC's POV, it wouldn't have been half as good.

No, especially not her. She was one of the worst ones.

the first was stupid.....the 2nd was god awful...

Though at least the Predator looked like a Predator again in the 2nd part.

They both sucked. Anderson made the PG13 mistake and as for Requiem, well ... Ah hell, they both sucked story-wise. The action was good though.

I'm thinking this could be a new game or movie. I wonder why the FOX logo aint on it.

Agreed, I know the movies are all about the creatures, as they should be, but the weak ass human cast has to go. :down

But if this is for a new film, I'm down for a third.

I sawy the need to add Machiko Noguchi to the films. The way the posters kind of look as to a possible animated AVP? Hmm. anyway take the fight to space and that way it is 100% Predators and 100% aliens. No humans besides Machiko will be involved.

^This right there is the formular for another sucky AvP movie.

Saw news on it on AvPGalaxy.com. Turns out the posters are from Dark Horse Comics. May 2009, they'll re-launch Alien, Predator and AvP comics.

No more. I hated the last one. They arnt very good and don't do the franchise any good. I wish they'd make a 3rd predator or a new fresh Alien movie, thats me though.

While I would love to see new Predator/Alien movies, I just don't think they would work anymore. The formula is gone. I think it would all be a little predictable. It's likely Fox would look at them as big CGI blockbusters instead of good 'horror' movies and the creatures would get far too much exposure and have to resort to cheap scares to make you feel like they're a threat.

Uhm... as I said above, it's not another Movie. Those posters are from Dark Horse Comics. They'll be re-launching Alien, Predator and AvP comics in 2009.

Fox did a good job of killing both these franchises pretty well. And then the VS. franchise.

I have not seen a good movie with Aliens or Predators in it since Aliens(1986) and Predator(1987). I'm still puzzled by Fox's decision in making multiple mediocre to bad aliens and predator films that struggle to make money. I also, don't understand how Tom Rothman is still the CEO after 12 years of ruining virtually all of Fox's property rights.
