Ever stared at the background in a movie to see what the extras were doing? to see them completely miss the mark? or have you noticed something so hilarious that it takes you out of the movie? There could be a well-intentioned surprise cameo or a completely random moment that you notice that the director didn't. Well, this thread is for all things background extras!

I swear, Nolan must randomly pick certain background extras, pull them aside and just tell them to act really weird on purpose.

I was an extra in a movie once. I had the most bewildered "what is going on" face for all of 3 seconds....but I dunno if I want to get my face plastered on the internet lol.

Very few people in my life know this but I was an extra in IT Chapter 2. James McAvoy almost tripped over my walker while they were filming a carnival scene. Wasn’t supposed to look at him but I did.

Turns out that we had two Pennywises in the same film.
