Punisher cameo?

Ok so while we're waiting for the new Punisher movie to even start filming (if it even does) I would like to point out that according to some people Castle had a short cameo in the second spiderman movie. They said it was while Mary Jane was running from her wedding in her wedding dress and stuff, and you could see someone who supposedly was frank castle in the background. I saw the movie but didnt notice this, can someone post a picture of it?

It's false. It was printed in an April issue of Wizard that Tom Jane said it was hime at the end. Wizard is known for doing April Fool's day issues.

This topic again? I thought we completely exhausted this a long time ago.
It may not be him, but it's a pretty strong resemblance. I also always found it funny that he is so prominent in the frame of the camera, like they wanted you to see him....and he's wearing all black.
